Trusted advice. Practical solutions. Fixed fees.

H.A. Law Advisory is a licensed paralegal practice providing paid legal support in family law, wills & estate planning, lasting powers of attorney and housing law. We specialise in non‑reserved legal services, offering clear, structured guidance without the complexity of a traditional firm. All work is handled personally by a Licensed Paralegal Practitioner (F.NALP).

How We Work

  • Paid professional service – we do not offer free applications or informal advice.

  • Enquiries via our website only – all new matters must be submitted through our online forms for assessment.

  • Fixed‑fee pricing – scope and fees are agreed in writing before work begins; no hourly rates or hidden costs.

  • Remote by default – meetings and document drafting are conducted online or by phone, unless otherwise arranged.
