These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website www.halawadvisory.com (“the Site”), operated by H.A. Law Advisory (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

H.A. Law Advisory is an independent paralegal practice providing non-reserved legal services in the areas of:

  • Wills

  • Lasting Powers of Attorney

  • Family Law (non-court matters)

  • Housing Law (non-litigious matters)

We are not a regulated law firm and we do not undertake reserved legal activities unless legally permitted or expressly authorised.

  • damage or disrupt the Site or its security

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your actions violate these Terms.

Nothing on the Site constitutes:

  • a solicitor-client relationship

  • a guarantee of outcome

Legal advice is only provided once a formal Client Care Letter (CCL) has been issued and accepted.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure content is accurate and up to date, but we give no warranties as to its completeness or accuracy.

4. Enquiries and Initial Consultations

Submitting an enquiry through the Site does not create a contractual relationship.

A client relationship only begins once:

  1. We accept your matter in writing

  2. You sign our Client Care Letter

  3. Any agreed fees are paid

We reserve the right to decline instructions that fall outside non-reserved legal work or where we are unable to assist.

5. Fees and Payments

Where fees are mentioned on the Site, they are indicative only.
Final fees are confirmed in writing within the Client Care Letter.

Payments may be made via:

  • bank transfer

  • card payment

  • Wix online payment (if enabled)

Services are not provided until payment terms in the CCL are met.

6. Uploading Documents Through Forms

Any documents uploaded via our forms must:

  • be accurate

  • belong to you or be submitted with permission

  • not contain malicious software

You are fully responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, branding, images, icons, layouts, and downloadable materials—is owned by H.A. Law Advisory or licensed to us.

You must not:

  • copy, reproduce, or redistribute content

  • use content for commercial purposes

  • misrepresent our brand or materials

unless expressly permitted by us in writing.

We are not responsible for:
